About our Delivery and Shipping options.
Regarding Tick and Flea products you will see that we have an option for choosing your preferred delivery either approx 15 working days or the alternative to purchase the same product and have it delivered in 2-5 working days (Australian Customers Only). Please see our terms and conditions.
Orders placed after 5pm Fridays will not be processed until the next Business day (Monday)
Our products are sourced Globally from manufacturers and leading distributors to find our customers the very best price for their pets. For those reasons be be sure to select your preferred Delivery option available on each product this applies to. Any errors will not be altered or refunded.
NOTE: Customs may, on the odd occasion, choose to inspect an order, this may result in a delay and delivery time frame of approx 23 business days, this delay is beyond our control when this occurs. Refunds will not be honoured until after 25 Business days from date of shipping.
These options gives us the ability to service your needs as well as your pets based on how quickly you require your products. Please note that should you require your product sooner please use the 2-5 day option as selecting the 15 day option means you automatically accpet our terms of trade. If your prepared to wait a little longer the savings to you can be substantial.
We highly recommend ordering from our 2-5 day delivery option if your pet will require treatment within 15 days. Thereafter with a bit of forward planning you can save by using our 15 day delivery option.
Note: Delays in post and customs inspections using the 15 day option are out of our control and therefore no refunds will be provided for orders that arrive shortly after this time frame.
For customers purchasing using eCheques please note your products will not be processed or dispatched until the funds have cleared please consider this as this will further delay the delivery of your goods.
All our products are the genuine article and are well within expiry dates unless otherwise clearly indicated.
When an order is placed it may take 48hrs (2 business days) for us to complete processing to prepare for shipment, processing may be sooner depending on volumes that are required to be processed. We will endeavour to get your items to you as soon as possible some items may therefore arrive to you earlier than other items on the same order this will not alter the shiping costs of your finalised order.
Please note: All orders are final and no refunds will be issued if incorrect shipping details are provided at point of sale.
If you request your parcel be left at the front door, we will not refund parcels that go missing.

On items not marked Free Shipping a Flat Rate Shipping fee of $7.50 this will not be charged on purchases that total more than $150.
FREE Shipping on orders over $150.
If your order total is over $150 our Free Shipping is applied to your order.
