We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
No refunds will be made for delays that are out of our control such as customs inspections which result in delivery delays.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
This is when the item:
• is unsafe;
• is significantly different from the sample or description
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we
will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will replace the item
Refunds on items ordered incorrectly will be processed once the item has been returned to Worldwide Pet Supplies at your expense.

15 day purchase - refunds will not be offered until after 25 business days as Customs inspections and delays are beyond our control.
No refunds will be honoured on claims of non receipt of goods if an online refund form is not submiited via our website within 45 days of purchase.
